Knowingly making false statements about others, and sending
it to a public forum, could leave you vulnerable to a civil action
for libel.

I should clarify my meaning (since some people enjoy the drama
of taking a non-threatening statement and turning it around for
their own attention getting pleasure)...I am not threatening legal
action at this time.

Why Joe feels the need to lie about me stalking him is a
mystery, but I have privately received e-mail from other listers
who believe these multiple false and defamatory accusations.

**I know that Joe will not receive this, so would someone
please be kind enough to tell him that I am politely asking
him to stop. I am sorry for any nasty things that I have said
in the past. Can we just let this go before it goes too far?**

I have sent this to the list, because sending my first two personally
(like the list rules ask us to do) is what started all this to begin with.
Also, he would not receive it anyway and his false statements would
continue.

Thank you,
Michele C.
