================================================ Subject: Re: my review off of amazon.com--WEATHERED From: "Creed 7M3 Live" To: Date: Sat 15 Jun 2002 19:59:27 -0400 ================================================ how can I reply to this, without arguing? Anyway, I am a fan of Creed. I was disappointed with their weathered album. I plan to see Creed on their Weathered tour stop. Once they play in Columbus, OH. Just because you found a band that you like. you may not like all of their albums. Also, bands sometimes change direction with their music. Creed seemed to depart from their earlier style with Weathered. But they will still be playing songs from their MOP and HC albums. Commenting about one of their albums not being what you expected or desired, doesn't mean that you cannot still enjoy a band. If you only said stuff that was positive and you felt that their effort was less than expected. The next album could be even further away from what made Creed's music enjoyable. I would hate to see what there next album was like. If they thought that everybody liked the Weathered album. I agree with the other person that was disappointed with Weathered. I agree with him on the song Weathered resembling Creed's earlier style of music. But I differed with his view, on other songs, from the album. Hopefully, t5heir next release will be more to my personal liking. But it is up to Creed to decide on what direction that they will venture into. Whatever they decide. There fan base will reflect their direction in music. As is apparent from the list. weathered has brought a lot of bitter people into the listeners of Creed.
