Downloading from P2P sites is illegal.  period.   For that matter, obtaining music from any source that isn't authorized by the copyright holder or in a manner that pays royalties to copyright holders is illegal.

Oh, and don't forget to read the fine print!

What are all you guys's opinions on DLing music? I don't DL Creed's music.. Because I'd rather buy it. I do that with my favorite bands whenever possible. Some people think downloading music is wrong. But see, I don't know how you all feel.. But I'm 14 y/o and I can't even FIND a job.. and I'm not lucky enough to get money shoved in my pockets from my parents accept on my birthday and Christmas. lol. So, sometimes I burn CDs and such from Morpheous and what not. I don't go out and sell these albums, that WOULD be illegal. And though DLing music from these places might be considered illegal, it's the only way I get to hear it. I don't have enough money to do a lot of things as it is. And going out to buy all the awesome bands out there albums is something I can't do right now. Sucks, huh? But that's just how it is for me and most people. What's everyone else's take on this?
