I went back to the point of purchase, handed them the tickets and my credit card and they processed a refund for the full amount. 
 
BTW, read receipts are irritating when they're not necessary.  Especially over the internet.

Yeah....... But keep in mind that they WOULD NOT refund the entire amount. You still need to pay the "handling" fee.
Which I think it sucks!

get your tickets refunded! the sooner the better. Ticketmaster IS refunding. email them or call them(if that's where you got your tickets from) I bought mine from a broker and got a full refund today.
