Some SUV's, especially the higher end one's, come with the ability to turn the airbags off or on.  Quite possibly, since I'm sure Jagger rides with him, he turned them off.  I don't blame him, I've seen first-hand the damage that an airbag can do, and if my vehicle came with the ability to turn off the airbag, I most certainly would.  I don't see this as a case in point, that airbags do more harm than good, because unless you're really hammered in an accident, airbags cause horrible burns and disfigurement when they explode and personally, I'd rather do without them.

Subject: For thought

After reading the MTV article and hearing Scott's interview, I was immediately left with this unsettled feeling.  It was only later that day that it hit me...Where was the air bag???  His body should not have slammed into the steering wheel and his head should not have hit the windshield!!  Did the air bag system malfunction?  Was it disconnected?  I am sure Cadillac SUV's have airbags standard?  Any thoughts, anyone?

This is a case in point, that airbags do more good than harm....

I am praying for a complete recovery for Scott and for Creed as a group to get back to their tour!  The thought of Scott not being able to move like he does is tormenting!!  His stage presence is powerful!  Let's face it, ladies out there, you totally agree?!?
