First off, your command of the English language is an inspiration. Really.
Secondly, I can only assume that since you were so perturbed over Ticketmaster asking for your confirmation number, you didn't know it because you threw out the paperwork that came with the tickets. I'm further assuming that you feel this is somehow Ticketmaster's fault and not yours for not maintaining decent records. Kid (I'm assuming you're under 18 but I wouldn't be surprised to learn that you're older), I showed up at the Boston concert with my tickets AND my paperwork so if questions arose over the authenticity of my tickets I had proof of purchase. If you can't be responsible enough to keep track of these things, why - pray tell - do you want to sue Ticketmaster? There's no law against selling tickets to people who can't keep track of their own ass with a GPS transponder and a laptop. They need that confirmation number so they don't give YOUR refund to someone else. The policy is in place to PROTECT YOU. Feel free to file a case and please be sure to come back here and gripe when you not only LOSE but get to pay court fees and cover Ticketmaster's legal expenses on top. Sounds like a brilliant plan to me.

Subject: A response from ticketmasters

Yeah, here's what ticketmaster had to say to me when I demaned my money  back from them on line like how I bought them! My replt to them is "what  is a confermation number?" They had no problem selling my tickeys on line and getting there money asap, now we wait and send our tickets off in the snail mail, and hope for the best.I want to say don't buy from ticketbasterds but how can you not if you want a good seat! I think we should get together and sue them for return of all
chargers!
 Hugs, Joy :-)

heres a copy of my response from ticketbasterds:
