================================================ Subject: Re: A response from ticketmasters From: "Iwndr" To: Date: Mon 6 May 2002 08:25:55 -0700 ================================================ This seems to be a problem because it was DUPLICATE tickets, not a refund because the show was cancelled. I can see why Ticketmaster would like the tickets back in such a case to be sure they can't be used and can get resold. For the cancelled shows of Creed, I received an e-mail from Ticketmaster that they will refund all charges less mailing costs, since the tickets had already shipped. A few days later, the credit was on my credit card. --- Hootie Girl wrote: > maybe you shouldn't have demanded. Maybe you should > have requested a > refund politely.
