get a refund....it just says no refund in case people just decide they don't want the tickets anymore and they try to return them or whatever.....I know when i buy concert tickets, I just usually go to a ticketmaster outlet..they always tell me there are no refunds unless the show is cancelled....so don't keep them, get your money back then wait for the next time they are in your area.
