For starters, it's called "Conscience." It's an amalgam of an angel and a devil and expresses the inner conflict we all go through. It reminds me of a scripture where Paul confesses his own struggles with duality (DISCLAIMER: this is NOT to suggest that CREED interprets it this way or that this is the basis for the symbol, but here goes...)

Romans 7.14-15
14We know that the law is spiritual; but I am unspiritual, sold as a slave to sin. 15I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do.  (Full context: Romans 7.7-25)

ROCK ON, CREED!

Subject: creed angel

I love Creed and always will.
But I'm just curious, does anyone know what the horns are about on the creed angel?
I need to know what to say when my friends ask me,(the one's that think Rock is evil) I'm always showing and telling everyone what a positive influence their music has and has had on my life, I want  to show them that you can go to church (love God) and still be cool, and that God can use you for good if your heart is right no matter what the world thinks of you. So when I got my new hat with the angel and she has horns on her head, I just am kinda stumped.
Anyone?
Still lovin Creed though. <><

thanx.
