There isn't any way someone could blink that much when they're sober!  Nervous and high maybe, might explain that "glazed look" in his eyes...
 
Or maybe he was saddened to be featured after abuse in colleges.

Um, is it just me or did anyone else think Scott had a blinking complex?  I kinda got lost in what he was trying to say when I was watching him blink and stutter...
 
Kinda funny when he kept getting cut off though.  And he did bring up a few good points, all that could be said in 5 minutes.
