Not to irritate you, but this is in fact a personal list started by windup, so they are not violating your first amendment right b/c you voluntarily joined this list. Anyone can start a list and make the rules however they choose, b/c in all truth, it's their list. Please correct me if I'm wrong, I'm no attorney, but I have had a decent amount of government classes to know their is a difference.
