I'm not sure to how effective the petitioning would be for getting Creed to reconsider the issue. I feel that the absense of any fourth member to Creed has negatively effected the degree of their music. An additional contributor th the band is my desire also. I believe that bass leads rock music, more than drums contribute to its style. With the constantly changing tempos of rock. The bass sets off the vocals more, in my view. I believe that the dynamics of Creed's music was drastically hampered by not having a bass player. Good luck with your efforts. I agree with your basic viewpoint. Jim BTW - I heard a rumor that Metallica is considering a person for bass in their group. The rumor was from some list called Total Rock. ....No rumor about Creed considering adding a bassist.
