But until I started listening to Creed. I only searched for the Throwing Copper album. Listened to the album for awhile, then never checked further into their earlier or later albums. One of their songs called Lightening Crashes had the same attraction as the Creed song "My Own Prison" had on me. I liked the song and really didn't know the artists, but was compelled to the song, like a craving or addiction. After I started talking to people on the Creed BB and the mailing list. I started to learn more about the band from other Creed music listeners. I have all 5 of their albums now. The reason that I like The Distance To Here the most is that it seems to connect their three earlier albums together. Plus the album was sort of relaxing to listen to. I picked up TDTH and Creed's Human Clay at the same time. I liked TDTH (Live) better than Human Clay (Creed)and listened to it more. Regarding 7M3, I felt the same way about their song called Cumbersome. It was also a compulsive music buy for me. All of their music is great to listen to. But the band is mostly known for Cumbersome and Lucky. > "Seven Mary Three" seems interest. I look for there disque at the store. > > "Live" has been compared to Pearl Jam. If you have heard of a music trend called Grunge, Nirvana, Creed, PJ, 7M3 and Stone Temple Pilot were all classified as that style. > Since I know few about Americaine musique. > "The Distance to Here" is your "Live" album favorite. But other than their interaction with their fans. I enjoy their music. > Unfortunately, I do not know any one that has heared them. > Creed is not known here so I am not surprised. > "Kansas" I do not know. Their music was a style that was sort of an orchestra style. Anyway, I believe they were musically killed by the Disco, Heavy metal wars. People either went "hey toot toot beep beep" (disco) or like myself went to the heavy metal music "Long Way to the Top (If you want to rock and Roll) that masked the sound of disco.
