My husband (42) and I (38) brought our oldest son (16) and 2 of his friends (14 & 23)

to a Creed concert at SPAC on their last tour. We all loved it! They do put on an

excellent show. There was an older couple at that show that had to be in their 60's.

They sat in lawn chairs out on the grounds. I was amazed at the age range of the

audience.

 

I wish that my son and I did not have the same taste in music. He "borrows"

my Godsmack, Skynnard and ACDC all the time. That's okay...I managed to

get hold of his Nickelback, Staind and Puddle of Mudd to make it even.

"What I find interesting and maybe a little odd is that my son, who is 13 says he doesn't like *our* music, even though his friends listen to what we do.  (with the exception of Britney and Eminem and stuff like that) My son has turned down two Creed concerts.  I am trying to get him to go, I think if he saw them live, he would enjoy the music lots more."
