Wind-Up was VERY polite in asking that I keep mention of the MP3 off their list, and to please cease in sharing it (even going into some detail as to why it was never released as an MP3). I immediately placed a lock on the webpage, and removed the actual file from it's directory, and that was about the end of the issue. That was when Ed e-mailed the list highlighting the standpoint of Wind-Up versus sharing of MP3's, and stated that they were against it, and were very much against the topic of illegal MP3's being passed around as a topic of discussion on their list (even mentioning the possiblity of list moderation should the illegal discussions not cease). As for the rare and unavailable songs, that usually changes from band to band. As Debbi mentioned (it was either on this list, or the calm and mature list), some bands will even set up a table at their shows for people to place tape recorders on... and some are all for the sharing of bootlegged concert tapes... but there are also those that are against it. Take, as an example, Blue Collar. It's not available, and is probably the rarest CD that Creed will ever produce, but it's still under copyright, and the band is still against people downloading and/or burning copies. It's one of those cases where you would ahve to do a little research to make sure that the band allows it... although Creed is cool enough to release their rare tracks on their website. And no, I've heard nothing about the new WWF CD... of course, over the past few years I've managed to avoid all things WWF... I found that it got harder and harder to watch as the years went on... at least back in the 'old' days (Pre-Wrestlemania 5) it was entertaining. Now I find myself sitting there and spending more time watching people drop to the mat almost a full second before a supposed hit makes contact. Plus, I can't see myself buying the CD just because it has YGO on it... especially since I already have the song (no, not downloaded). I doubt they'd ever talk about it here on the radio either... the local DJ is very anti-WWF. But he's not all bad, since I'm talking him into playing 12Stones and Seether (once their demo is out)... both are new Wind-Up bands and worth checking out... 12Stones nailing a tour spot with Creed this summer as the opening act... so he's got a thumbs up as far as I'm concerned. ¤]\[][G}{T§TÖ®]v[¤ http://www.isyourgod.com NightStorm_Draco_@hotmail.com Admin@AmericanPearlFan.cjb.net NightStorm@isyourgod.com I've seen the wicked fruit of your vine, Destroy the man who lacks a strong mind Human pride sings a vengeful song Inspired by the times you've been walked on My stage is shared by many millions, Who lift their hands up high because they feel this We are one We are strong, The more you hold us down the more we press on What if you did?
