should be... maybe but it's not.  and I'm sure that they're saying that the model that exists is bad.  I don't know anyone who says this is a great business model. Certainly the industry needs to catch up with technology and they should be working with artists and publishers to change it to an acceptable model.  I'm not sure anyone would argue that the way things are is GREAT and should stay exactly like this.  I know I definitely don't
