I'll never have to buy a CD legally again... god, I love how this Peer to peer thing works. I am SO glad that Sherri said it was okay to do that... I'll never have to listen to a record company again. Ed, I'm sorry but Wind-Up was overruled in this decision because I'm not stealing... I'm sharing. (Note the sarcasm). It's perfectly alright for one person to buy a CD, then rip the MP3's off it and share them with all those people so THEY won't have to buy a copy. God forbid that someone should ever actually look on the cases to see if the CD has a copyright on it. hey wait... what's this little c in the bottom of the Weathered CD with a circle around it? It says something about Wind-Up Entertainment... wonder what that could possibly mean........... ¤]\[][G}{T§TÖ®]v[¤ Official List Leader, as proclaimed by the all-knowing, music-borrowing Dinah ----- Original Message ----- From: "Debbi" To: Sent: Thursday, March 07, 2002 4:37 PM Subject: Re: burning cd's and downloading music Let's not lose sight of the fact that it's not illegal as a result of the spinning of some kind of roulette wheel. It's illegal for a REASON. To unsubscribe or change your preferences for the Creed-Discuss list, visit: http://www.winduplist.com/ls/discuss/form.asp
