Personally, I feel that some fundamental changes need to be (and in fact ARE BEING) made to the recording industry, because the cost of CD's now IS exorbitant. But that does NOT mean it should be okay for me to STEAL the music until those changes have all been made and the cost of a CD has come down. -----Original Message----- From: Creed Discussion List [mailto:CREED-DISCUSS@WINDUPLIST.COM] On Behalf Of Jasmine Holden Sent: Thursday, March 07, 2002 2:58 AM To: CREED-DISCUSS@WINDUPLIST.COM Subject: Re: burning cds for a friend: stealing or saving money? me personally, if I like a band I like to buy the album as I like to have the cd cover books & it feels like you are supporting them by buying their album. I also think that if someone doesn't really know creed & wants to check out some songs, it should be okay to copy a few songs, I mean i know its now illegal, well in New Zealand anyway, but you know how hard it is to be without your creed cd, even for one night Jasmine To unsubscribe or change your preferences for the Creed-Discuss list, visit: http://www.winduplist.com/ls/discuss/form.asp
