The only difference between Morpheus and Napster is that Morpheus doesn't have a centralized server. Otherwise, it's stealing, just like Napster was. In fact, I'd say Morpheus is WORSE, because they DIDN'T centralize so they could surreptitiously avoid being labeled as thieves.
