Baby formula costs are too high, as are gas prices, and healthcare costs. Those things are necessities though, for most people. Tickets to a concert are a luxury and a privilege. Really though, if you had to pay 50.00 to see Creed, and there were no ticketmaster charges, would you be more willing to do it than you are paying 42.50 plus charges and knowing money's going to Ticketmaster? The bottom line is the same. I don't really care either way. It's all divided up so many ways, it's not like Creed's getting the entire 42.50. I mean, they kind of have to pay somebody to sell the tickets, right? You're delusional if you think so. Pearl Jam couldn't do it with expensive lawyers and the law on their side. Creed won't do it either. Until people are willing to get serious and stop allowing themselves to be raped, it's going to get worse. And I don't see people lining up for the privilege of saying they refuse to attend concerts that have their sales handled by ticketmaster. Ain't. Gonna.
