Call me naive...but I don't understand how this happens!  How do ticket brokers get tickets from Ticket Master BEFORE they go on sale?  Wouldn't that violate ticket master's agreement with the concert promoter???

Because as long as the tickets sell, what do they really care?  Otherwise, they'd have done something BEFORE this happened.  You can't tell me that ticket brokers weren't known to them beforehand and they didn't know this would happen, especially considering Creed's popularity now days.
