I'm watching Finding Forrester right now. I've been wanting to see it for quite a while now. My mom writes too. She's the director of Women's Ministries for the midwest division of a large group of churches. And she publishes a newsletter monthly that is sent out to alot of people. She wrote a short story when my husband died, and sent it out in her newsletter, and somehow it ended up being passed around on the internet, and my brother in law brought it to me, crying, and said "You're not going to beleive this, I don't know who wrote it, but it's about 2 kids named Nikki and Kevin whose dad just died." I said "I know, my mom wrote that." It was pretty impressive. I got so many emails from people asking me to tell my mom how moving it was. She's a talented lady. I wish I had that gift. You're lucky you do too, use your powers for good! Jen In a message dated 12/9/2001 7:23:25 PM Central Standard Time, baronessbaby@JUNO.COM writes: << I LOOVVEEE to write. I wasn't feeling too creative the day our topics were due, and my friend that takes me to her youth group is in my English class, so she was like, "Hey! Why don't you write on that?" So I decided to do it and was able to use her church's web site and actually found 3 magazine articles and a book at the library to use. It's easier than I thought it would be. I like writing short stories, and poetry, and I even take Journalism I at school (so that I can be on the newspaper staff for senior year). In about five seconds I'm sending a narrative essay I wrote for English last year that I got 100% on, as well as a poem I wrote just because. :o) _.-^Gina^-._ >> To unsubscribe or change your preferences for the Creed-Discuss list, visit: http://www.winduplist.com/ls/discuss/form.asp
