Yes Jim, Finger Eleven did cancel....an entire tour, in fact, because they felt the venues were asking too much for tickets.  So they remapped a whole new tour at smaller venues to lower ticket prices.  I thought that was awesome of them!

And yes, the $42.50 is the base ticket price.....you can figure with TM service charges and mail costs, to add another $7-10 to your cost.

About the ticketmaster charges. Are you saying that I would have to come
up with the 42.50 and also more charges from ticketmaster?
