In my experience, most of the shows I've gone to see don't have tickets on
sale until about a month before the concert.  I'm not sure who decides that,
if it's the venue or the band's management or whatever it is.  I'm just going
to keep being patient and looking around on ticketbastard every once in
awhile.  I also have it set to send me updates when dates for certain venues
get added.  That's always nice.  Just be patient, that's my advice.. :)
