I had to sign an agreement saying the Devil gets my soul if I don't give all the speeches and rules that my parents gave me. So just grin and bear it, they have no choice. They're constantly giving me the "you-should-go-to-college-to-study-not-to-party" speech. It gets so annoying. I'm not even a senior in H.S. until NEXT year. I know the point of college is to get a higher education, but you still need SOME sort of social life and relaxation while you're there! Going to a party once a week isn't gonna kill you, as long as you don't let it get in the way of your grades. If you have the right party-study balance you can get good grades and still have a good time. Besides my parents know I won't drink, just tonight actually my dad tried to get me to try this Italiano liquor and I REFUSED. He was like, "Come on, just take a sip," and I was like, "Daddy, NO, it makes me sick!" And it does, really, I can't think of one time where I've tried a drink and LIKED it. My mom had to yell at him to stop trying to get me to taste some. So I don't even KNOW where they get the idea that I'm gonna go to school and waste THEIR hard-earned money getting wasted at random frat parties every night. Ugh it irritates me to know end! Sorry, just had to spill all that...LoL _.-^Gina^-._ >> To unsubscribe or change your preferences for the Creed-Discuss list, visit: http://www.winduplist.com/ls/discuss/form.asp
