Hi, I'm new to the list and didn't think that I would have anything to say right off, but it seems that I do. (Just wish it was good.)
I just received my copy of EW magazine and was flipping through it to see if they had anything on Creed.  They did.  The issue I'm talking about is Dec 7th issue, page 100,  written by David Browne, and titled "Tower of Babble".  (I believe in giving credit where credit it due).  Mr. Browne was (I assume) writing a review about Weathered, or was it about part of the Dead Sea Scrolls that he must have spent days on making up just to say that he didn't like Weathered and never would like Creed.  As you may have guest, the "religion" theory was heavily played up. (I guess he had to turn in a certain number of words to his bosses---snide comment from me.)  I'm a FIRM believer in free speech (even when you hate what is said), so my opinion about the article is this--
If you don't like it, say so and stop with the continuous BS story about "The Stapp Scrolls".

Sorry if this is long but one final opinion, even if you don't like the CD, at least be honest about the growth that is so evident between My Own Prison and Weathered.

Thanks,
now stepping down form my soup box.

I also hate those who rattle on and on and on and on when a simple yes or no answer would suffice.
I disliked the article, but nice picture.
