================================================ Subject: Re: what urks me about some people... From: To: Date: Wed 28 Nov 2001 02:13:09 EST ================================================ To expand on that: I bought the Staind CD, Nickelbach, Linkin Park, Lifehouse, and many others, just based on one or two songs I"d heard. Regardless of what I'd heard other people say about the CD. And all of the above mentioned CD's, have turned out to be ones that pretty much stay put in my CD changer. I don't like CD's that I have to pick through to find songs I like. Those stay put away for the most part. Fortunately, I can say that all of the Creed CD's, I can turn on and listen to every song, most of the time. It might be the mood that I am in. while I am listening to the CD. Great perspective, regarding the whole album revolving around the base song, that appealed to the listener. It helps me to understand why the album has the impact on me, that is does. Creed has people that first found MOP, WTLF, WAWO, Higher (the list goes on) as their base song. So it would be impossible to build out from such a diverse and completely decentralized fan base. I appriciate the job that Creed did on this album. No matter, if they shot from the WAWO end, or the MOP end of their fanbase.
