I was never meaning to imply that I look down on him. I was just saying that it seemed to me that he was loaded during the broadcast last night. Lots of people who heard it agree with me. Not that getting loaded is a bad thing - hellll I'm always first in line! But, when he chooses to make decisions about how he behaves during a publicity event, he's fair game for my opinions. You haven't ever, nor will you ever hear me opine about his behavior or demeanor in a private or even semi-public setting (getting into fights at adult clubs, for example) because I strongly feel it's none of my goddamned business. When he appeared on a radio show representing Creed, his demeanor and behavior became my business. -----Original Message----- From: Creed Discussion List [mailto:CREED-DISCUSS@WINDUPLIST.COM] On Behalf Of Lvablemm@CS.COM Sent: Tuesday, November 27, 2001 11:07 PM To: CREED-DISCUSS@WINDUPLIST.COM Subject: Re: The verdict is in: Scott Stapp's a fucking lush. Oh, I think all of us know ALL TOO well. Let's not stir that one up again. But people naturally try to defend the people they admire. It sucks to see somebody you respect doing something that people would look down on. I'm literally amazed at the amount of shit one simple observation has stirred up. ESPECIALLY since it should be known to all but the newest of members on the list that I would be the LAST person to condemn him if he WAS loaded. >> To unsubscribe or change your preferences for the Creed-Discuss list, visit: http://www.winduplist.com/ls/discuss/form.asp To unsubscribe or change your preferences for the Creed-Discuss list, visit: http://www.winduplist.com/ls/discuss/form.asp
