But nooooo I work at the public library, and my mom said if I quit that job, a) I have to quit all of my extracurrics, including band (marching, pep, AND symphonic). Like I would let THAT happen. b) I'm not allowed to drive, and believe me, I need the car like anything with everything I'm involved in c) She would take away my stereo and all of my CD's, and since I'm so musical she knows it would get to me eventually. I can play piano, flute, a little percussion, am starting to learn alto sax, and I used to be able to play violin, but I mostly forgot how now. I like to sing too, though as a joke whenever I start singing something people go, "Gina, that's why you're in BAND, remember?" LoL d) I would have to uninstall Juno, which would mean no more Creed list (consequently, about 2 more hours of free time every day...LoL) There isn't a mall close by here anyway that I could work in. There are ones in neighboring cities but none that are really convenient to get to. I wish I could work in a music store because I know a lot about different artists and I would be able to give good advice to people about that sorta thing. :o( _.-^Gina^-._ "There's a peace inside us all, let it be your friend..."--Creed "I tried so hard, and got so far, but in the end, it doesn't even matter..."--Linkin Park "The space between the tears we cried is the laughter that keeps us coming back for more..."--Dave Matthews Band On Sun, 25 Nov 2001 12:20:06 -0500 taylour l manly writes: > thanks for the encouragement nightstorm! anyway, i got the cd the day > it > came out and love all the tracks! i also got a job! welcome me to > the > work force! he he!!! i work worth music now and I've already gotten > 30 > creed converts! > on guy had the nerve to challenge me. he said if i could show him a > hard > creed song he'd love them for life!( and he'd run a lap in the mall > in > his boxers!) well, i took him to a listening station and told him to > listen to bullets and freedom fighter. after it was done, he walked > past > me, smiled as he picked up all three of their cd's, paid for them, > then asked his friend to join him in the bathroom. a few seconds > later he > came out beat red and began his lap. > never finished, he was escorted out by the police! still quite > funny. i > love my job! and we sold out of weathered in the 20th! personally i > think > we need to play freedom fighter when we are bombing the bad guys. > by the way guys please pray for me if you do! my dad and mom both > called > me prejudiced against everyone who doesn't like Scott! they said i > don't > think he does any wrong! then they said teenagers today don't have > to > deal with racism and prejudice like my daddy did when there were > separate > bathrooms! well what do they know! > Tales > R.C.M. 4 ever remembered > (Please come now i think I'm falling, holding on to all i think is > safe) > ________________________________________________________________ > GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO! > Juno offers FREE or PREMIUM Internet access for less! > Join Juno today!
