Hey! Nice to read about your feelings about the songs. I can't wait 'til I get the cd in my hands.

My friend e-mail Sony and they wrote back, that they postponed the release date, 'cause they didn't receive at time the material to make cassettes (MC), so it was impossible to release the MC on 19.11 and they wanted to release CD and MC on one day...Sucks...

No bonus track.  Looks as though it is a standard release.  They did the
same with Human Clay but several months later released a 'Special Ed' in
the UK with a couple of computer movies of the 'Arms wide open' and
'Higher' Videos.

Well I have been here at work coding away listening to the new album (about
four times now I think...) here is a little break down of the tracks and
what I think of them...

1) Bullets - Nice heavy track to open the albumn.  I get the feeling it's a
comment about how shallow some people and society can be.

2) Freedom Fighter - Kind of apt for the moment.  Chorus Lyrics 'I'm just a
freedom fighter, No remorse, Raging on in Holy War.  Soon there'll come a
day when your face to face with me. Face to face with me.'  Just makes me
think of the shock of watching the events of 11th Sept. :o(

3) Who's got my back - A fantastic song about lost faith (I think) and
where we try to seek faith now.  Stapp's vocals are really cool on this
one.

4) Signs - Tremonti at his best.  Good combinations of moods in the song.
About finding yourself in the modern world.

5) One Last Breath - Bit of a morbid song.  Sort of reminds me that my 30th
isn't that far off!  :o)

6) My Sacrifice - Sure most of you have heard this on the web.  Really cool
melody makes me think of spending time with my girlfriend...you know when
you get to that point where you're free, you're careless and you believe!
:o)

7) Stand here with me - Quite a 'happy' song.  All about memories of people
you once knew and how you interpret them.  In this case as the Lyrics of a
song.  Cool use of breaks in the song for the chorus line.
