Scott's been divorced for over two years....it was made public on this list about about 2 and half years ago....by a close acquaintance....I won't say friend, because the girl was very nasty about it...making sure she was spreading the gossip...then Scott confirmed it in a magazine interview....I believe it was the Spin article, but I'm not certain.  Either way, he's made no secret of it since that time.
