it's called sarcasm and making jokes sweetheart. Scott's not conceited in
the least(at least not more than any of us) he's always giving back to us
and humbling himself for us and doing things for...US! that right. need i
remind you?! the last thing i need is to hear my Scott getting flamed
just because he rips himself open all the time and tries to give us what
we ask, then instead of helping him we let him lay there, and
proverbially kick him when he's already down. have you ever thought that
the only reason the songs and the video are so personal to him is because
we're always asking him about his childhood and how he thinks, feels,
acts? etc. no probably not, you just assumed he was cocky and self
righteous!  ****looks around at all the faces staring at her*** that's
all just had to defend Scott.  i love you all. forgive the outburst but
she hit a nerve!

Personally, I don't see how Scott was acting conceited or anything, but anyway I'm going to play devil's advocate for a second here.  She's entitled to an opinion just like you or anyone else is.  She doesn't know Scott personally so she shouldn't make assumptions that he's conceited, yet on the other hand, you don't know Scott personally so you can't really make assumptions that he ISN'T in fact conceited.  I'm sure he isn't but I'm just pointing out the double standard here.  Opinions should be stated as such and not as facts, whether positive or negative.  Some may agree, some may not, but hey, you can't please everybody so why even try.
