================================================ Subject: Re: well met lisa From: "Lisa King" To: Date: Tue 6 Nov 2001 20:43:31 +0000 ================================================ Being that I am a bit under the weather (pt) I will make a stab(pt) at a decent reply. As for your grammer and sentences structure I have no room to complain (pt) as I have bad grammar myself. I must concur that lyrics typically do not tow the line (pt) in the structure element. Most are redundant in tone, and would give an English teacher a nightmare if it were to be corrected as such. Rather than worry about the structure I would delve into the realm of substance. Does it have something to say? Does it make an impact on your emotions as well as make you think? In my own humble oppinion I think Creed does that in spades (pt). For a song to mean something different to numerous individuals but deeply impact them all, says something to the psycological aspect of any song. Sorry that I was unable to respond sooner but I turn the tables (pt) on you to reply back now. BTW who is keeping score? Lisa who is still trying to figure out what to delete and what to read to get through her 400 emails. >From: Marc Levitt >Reply-To: Marc Levitt >To: CREED-DISCUSS@WINDUPLIST.COM >Subject: well met lisa >Date: Sun, 4 Nov 2001 16:03:01 -0500 > >i drafted this e-mail a couple days ago, but didn't send it because it >wasn't really funny enough to be worth it. here it is nonetheless: > >Shall we say high noon, Lisa? > _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp To unsubscribe or change your preferences for the Creed-Discuss list, visit: http://www.winduplist.com/ls/discuss/form.asp
