That's what I mean when I refer to ANY genre as "It rocks".  I'm NOT a big fan of country music, a smattering of artists is all.  But LeAnn has what I consider to be the most beautiful female voice I've ever heard.  Does that mean those who don't like her music are wrong?  Does the fact that she does SOOOO many covers (something I personally am getting VERY tired of) mean she's a bad musician?  Not at all.  It just means their preferences are different from my own.

I personally tend not to do much analysis of the music I listen to.  I have
one basic criteria:  if it rocks, I like it (I use the word "rocks" to cover
ALL genres (you should see me listen to Beethoven's Ninth), and for ME,
Creed rocks.  I think the vast majority of this list would be VERY surprised
at just how diverse my musical tastes are.  Currently, I'm listening to
LeAnn Rimes' rendition of "You Light Up My Life", which just segued into
Genesis, "Dancing With The Moonlit Knight".

I think its good to have a  wide variety of musical tastes. I love rock, pop, some easy listening, and even showtunes for crying out loud, I love musicals.  Oh and I really love that song by Enya, Only Time, its a really relaxing song.  Oh, and Keith, I love LeAnn's version of that song, and I grew up listening to Genesis, my stepdad loves them.  Genisis and Pink Floyd was always in the record player.
