There is one...It's called Zapper.  I've got it...all you do is if you see a word you don't understand, you highlight it, right click and there is a Zapper button...then the word comes up in Zapper and you can use a reference tab for the dictionary, thesaurus, and other things.

  I saw something like this advertised...I can't remember what it's called, but ALL words are links, you click the word and it brings up all information about that particular thing...not just a definition, but info on it as well, like an instant encyclopedia.

 By the way, I believe Keith was being facetious in his post about an internet dictionary.  But, just to set the record straight, AOL does have a dictionary feature...edit button, top left on the tool bar.
