Morals and this issue go hand in hand to me.  I'm not arguing here and if it was meant to be a joke that's different.  Yeah, I do take offense when someone groups me with a class of people who are known for terrorist activity, inhumane killing and least of all hate.  I'm sure you would feel the same way if I made some stupid comment about the gay population being the cause of the towers being bombed or something equally ridiculous, joke or not.  The Christians don't advocate this, or at least the ones I know do not.

For two comments that I made I've been classified as a bad mother,  being a stupid person for being religious, if I am religious then i wasn't being a  Christian ( which believe me I am),  someone who blames god for people being ill and takes it out on the poor people who are afflicted, against inter-racial marriages, having a phobia against aids victims and blaming them for the entire aids population having it etc.  This is just one more to ad to the list.  It doesn't bother me to be disagreed with just blamed for crap that you have no clue about.  I think you freedom loving and open minded people should really think about how narrow minded  your own comments can be.

First question, why did I get this email 3 times?? Once is enough, twice is understandable, but 3 times? And most of it had nothing to do with me!  That first paragraph was all I needed but then you lost me with the rest of it.  Actually I wouldn't get my panties in a bunch if you made a joke, I mean come on, I can take a joke!   If you truly meant it then that would completely fucked up, but a joke I can handle.  Oh yeah actually Jerry Fawell (whom I believe is a Christian) did make a comment blaming homosexuals, women who have abortions, and other so-called "sinners" for the attack, saying that God was punishing us for those sins.  Now that was THE most rediculous thing I have ever heard and he wasn't joking, of course he apologized for it later so he wouldn't be assassinated.  So yeah I'm pretty sure there are a few people (Christians included) who probably agree with him.People make jokes about the President, the Pope, even God, what makes you or anyone of us immune? And you talk about what the Christians advocate, do the Christians advocate judgement of those different from you or whose lifestyles you don't agree with?  Anyway, I think you read a little much into what us "freedom loving, open minded" people were saying.  From reading the comments you were referring to, no one called you a bad mother, no one blamed God for people being ill. well personally it's not a bad thing that God makes people ill because I think those people are here on earth to serve a purpose and God has a greater reward for them in the afterlife, but that's just my theory, it doesn't really come from any sort of teachings or anything.  Obviously you do have a problem being disagreed with, because that's what we were doing and you got all freaked out by it.  Of course when you get into a heated debate about a hot topic such as this, people are going to make assumptions or accusations, it is just up to you to prove them wrong or turn the other cheek.  No need to get soooooo defensive.  and no need to take everything everyone says to you so serisouly. Ask your psychiatrist friend, I'm pretty sure he would agree with me there.  Laugh...You'll live longer.
