The thing that really got to me, more than the fact that she was against it (she has that right, and I could care less about that) is how she voiced her disapproval in it. It's like she has never even actually researched into homosexuality to see what it really is. Kind of reminds me of the stereotyping that came along with the AIDS virus ("It's a gay disease"... "only homosexuals ever get infected by it"... "If they have it, then they MUST have done something wrong to catch it in the first place"... "you must have had unprotected sex to catch it"). It seems that so many people pass judgment on groups when they are totally ignorant to it. If she would have used some actual facts to back up why it is so immoral to be homosexual, I may have given her some credit in her views, but to base her opinion on the facts written 2000 years ago is, IMHO, total B.S. and merely proves that she is unable to think for herself. It has been proven that homosexuality is a genetic thing... like being male and female... it's usually decided when you are "made"... and if it is so against the "Will Of God", then why the hell did this God make it an option in the first place? My guess is that the people who are against it are usually the same people who don't understand it, and are afraid of it. People tend to fear that which they don't understand... it's been that way for millions of years... and I'm betting that is probably the reason that so many people are against homosexuals now. I truly hope that, for the sake of this world and everyone on it, that pretty damn soon people start to open their eyes and see things in a wider perspective, instead of only seeing it through the eyes of a group of people that wrote a book 2000 years before they were even born. If there was only one true way, then that would be the way things are now... there would not be any other options. ¤]\[][G}{T§TÖ®]v[¤ (who wonders if some people know what "Will Of Their Own" means, and that their God is not going to chime in anytime soon and correct them on it... unless you go to http://www.theonion.com/onion3734/god_clarifies_dont_kill.html) http://www.geocities.com/npicrash NightStorm_Draco_@hotmail.com Admin@AmericanPearlFan.cjb.net NightStorm@isyourgod.cjb.net I've seen the wicked fruit of your vine, Destroy the man who lacks a strong mind Human pride sings a vengeful song Inspired by the times you've been walked on My stage is shared by many millions, Who lift their hands up high because they feel this We are one We are strong, The more you hold us down the more we press on What if you did?
