I too had not heard of Staind until hearing the acoustic version of "Outside" played on the radio.  I would have to agree with Salma about the vocals on Dysfunction, and of the "growling" vocals, I am not usually a fan.  I remember Salma posting that awhile back on the list, that is why it took me some time after buying "Break the Cycle" to go ahead and buy "Dysfunction"  It didn't take me nearly as long with HC and MOP. I bought MOP the week after I bought HC.
