Statute 103.8.91 of the official
Creed list unofficial rule book clearly states:
"Nonsense shall ONLY be discussed
between the hours of 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM (Eastern time). Any other time
shall constitute breach of contract, and result in you being flamed by fellow
list members."
