================================================ Subject: Re: my humble oppinion on new song From: To: Date: Fri 12 Oct 2001 13:43:15 EDT ================================================ I FINALLY got around to downloading the song today. Life has been so busy I just can't keep up. I heard it on the radio yesterday, realized what the date was, and had to kick myself for being so clueless. But here's where Im stumped: (this may go back to the "clueless" part anyway) I downloaded the song, but the format is such that I can't put it on a CD. Does that make sense or am I doing something wrong? thanks to anyone that can help me. Some are saying that Scott does not vary his voice much, but I hear a lot of variance within the baritone range. The music is awesome and I love the way it slows almost to a stop and then we get to hear Scott's voice without much background. The words are again open to interpitation. Is he singing about an old friend, Christ, Jagger, or a part of himself. I think it will be a hit.
