Has everyone been busy? LoL don't get me wrong I have a life, but COME ON!!!! 5 or 6 messages MAX for the whole weekend? That has GOT to be a record low. I dunno though cuz I've only been on the list for a couple months. Well, here is what I did this weekend, in an attempt to make conversation. Friday night I had marching band at an away game, and as luck would have it as soon as we got there a BIIIIIIIIIIIGGGGG ol' thunderstorm blew up so the game got postponed until last night (Saturday). But it kinda took them until 8:15 to decide that, so we were sitting on the buses for more than an hour. Then when they finally made the announcement, we continued to sit for another 20 minutes while they waited for the traffic to clear out. We were home by 9:30 (cuz it was about an hour's drive), and I was dead tired cuz I still wasn't quite recovered from all the sleep I lost the night of the BSB Concert. So I went home, and watched the September 11 Telethon with my parents, and then I went to bed, where I proceeded to sleep for 13 hours (till noon on Saturday). Then at 1:30 I worked, until 5:30 (I'm a page at our public library, I shelve books there). It was painfully dull. But it was busy, so it didn't seem to last forever like usual. Then I came home, ate dinner, and did some of my homework. Then my mom told me my friend called, so I called her back and we talked for a while. Then I hung out at home because my friend that called had to baby-sit and all my other friends were working. Sucks, huh? So I read a book I checked out while I was at work, and watched Armageddon in my basement (I LOOOOOOOVVVVEEE that movie, I've seen it over 100 times and I know like EVERY WORD that they say, people got so mad at me on the bus on the way to Florida cuz we watched it and I was, like, reciting lines). Today I woke up early (OK, 9:45, but hey, that IS early for me on a weekend when I sleep till noon or one). I read the newspaper and found a story that was EERILY similar to a fake story I had to write for my journalism class (like our teacher gave us the facts, and we had to write the story, kind of a writing exercide). So I'm bringing it in tomorrow to show my teacher. Then I took my dog for a walk, hoping maybe to see some people on my street, but no one was outside except for a guy cutting his grass. I helped my mom set up her own Juno e-mail account so she could e-mail her cousin in Italy. I baked a cake for dessert for after dinner. Then I finished the rest of my homework and studied for my French test. I also watched part of the "Tough Enough" marathon on MTV. Which brings me to now--me typing this message. Later on I'm eating dinner, then picking up my friend and going to a youth group meeting. The topic of the meeting is "Why am I Catholic?" I don't know why. Well a good reason is because my parents both are, so I was baptized that way. But I really don't know, I must have a reason or I wouldn't have chosen to be Confirmed in 8th grade. I can't wait to go cuz I'll see many of my youth group friends that I really haven't seen in school this year. Well there's my weekend, comment if you want, or write about yours. ---{@ Gina @}--- flower_power41@juno.com ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO!
