From: To: Date: Wed 19 Sep 2001 06:06:31 +0000 ================================================ i'm certainly not questioning anyone's beliefs, or feelings...i truly believe that more people would be displaying flags if they weren't in such short demand...hence my idea to print them up and pass them out...or my suggestion that local businesses could do the same...as for displaying them being against religions, wow, i wonder about that...could that truly be a reason? i ask, only because i don't know...i know that catholic churches display the american flag...beyond that, i couldn't say...can i also just say kudos to my local arby's...who on one side of their sign display 'united we stand' and i forget what's on the other, but it's another patriotic message...and the catholic church down the street, when the 6 pm bells rang, went on to ring out 'america the beautiful'...the local lutheran church has a message on their sign as well, which is patriotic yet religious...again, i don't recall the exact message...
