================================================ Subject: "flag rules" From: "~Kristin ~" To: Date: Tue 18 Sep 2001 08:45:29 -0700 ================================================ Hi Jen and the rest :) I was wondering that myself. While we were hanging the flags in the windows at work vertically we were told to always hang it so that on the outside, the blue field of stars is on the left side. The only other rules I know of is not to let the flag touch the ground, and also keep it out of the rain. If you have the flag outside, have a spotlight or something to turn on it so there is a light shining on it at night. that's all I know.. I'm going to search google now.. ~Kristin "We may rise and fall, But in the end, We'll meet our fate together.." -----Original Message----- From: Lvablemm@CS.COM Sent: Tue, 18 Sep 2001 10:16:33 EDT To: CREED-DISCUSS@WINDUPLIST.COM Subject: Re: Has the band posted before? Anyone know what the flag rules are? I don't have a clue. They cut to shots of several houses where they had a really large flag for example touching the ground or some other infraction of flag rules. I can see why they would want to get their point across but I thought their method showed very little taste. To my knowledge they didn't even have to home owners on to explain. Thank goodness my flag seems to be hung to at least passing standards. Its hard to get a Wal*Mart all in one flag kit wrong.
