First, I know that all the stores near here are sold out of American flags entirely... I work at Meijer's, and a couple of days ago all we had left were packs of four tiny flags (the size of an envelope)... and those were selling as fast as I could point them out to people. Some people might not have the creativity or talent to paint a flag... Another point to consider is that some people just can't afford any extra expenses, including a flag. The house we just moved into even has a flagpole mount on the front porch, but even if I could find a flag to put there, I know I couldn't afford it. Though I admit that I never thought of "making my own" flag, to put in my car or in the front window... probably quite a few of the people who don't have flags either can't find or can't afford one, and didn't think of just drawing one on a piece of paper or painting one on the windows of the car. Just another point of view... *hides just in case there's any negative feedback* Tara, who is starting to wonder how much it would cost to buy enough paint to put a flag on the roof of her car.... >> To unsubscribe or change your preferences for the Creed-Discuss list, visit: http://www.winduplist.com/ls/discuss/form.asp
