I thought a tragedy like this brings
people together. I guess I was wrong.
Someone wrote a letter yesterday to
the radio and said, that people are the worst animals, because people
killed eachothers NOT because they have to (to live), but because they
hate eachother. This person said she's ashamed to be a human. I could not say it
better myself...
As a non-American, and a person who
wasn't and isn't there at the moment - I was shocked by the situation and I felt
need to talk with you about this. I talked with people on the other list I'm on,
with my friends, etc.because it makes me and - I believe other people too -
better.
