The nice thing about living far away from any major cities is that there's almost never any traffic problems - even during Labor day weekend, when everyone was heading north for vacation, the worst of it was having to drive for maybe half a mile behind a slow vehicle before a space opened up for me to pass. I don't think I'd be able to handle living in a place where it took more than 40 minutes to drive 30 miles. (My rule for the cities I'll live in is that I have to be able to make a left hand turn whenever I want to, without waiting forever for traffic to clear - for Ross, make that a right hand turn).
