Some have stoplights and stuff still though. The tollways you pay for and they have more lanes. The expressways are part of the tollway system, and they're supposed to be like shortcuts basically, not as many exits, and they're for people who aren't going to be going under the speede limit. But they end up being just as much traffic as the rest for the most part. And the tollway I use is I94, but it's also called the Dan Ryan. Goofy. I don't like them either.
