Chesty Puller was a marine who started the first Seabees unit. Being in the Sea Cadets only the Seabees units, (which nation wide I believe there are only about 10), are able to wear camies. Our unit is going to be holding a training this weekend at a summer camp site. They will play hide and seek military style, complete with fox holes. They are also going to go through a stretcher training course where there is someone made up to look like they were injured in battle and they have to take this person through a course that they have not yet seen. Along the way, the Seabees who are working with us will pop up and tell them what obsticle they have come across. The team will then have to figure out a way to over come it and continue. It is a lot of fun. Guess who gets to cook for all this people? My husband and I always run the kitchen. Neddless to say the kids and adults are always nice to us.
