No not at all.  Thats why it surprised me when King said that the test was
passed out to Honor students...  About the recruiters, I think they didnt try
recrutiung me for a few reasons.  One, tey were "working" on my brother,
second I'm very vocal about my feelings about the Marines and how I'd only
join them as a last resort...  I

people wouldn't touch the military with a 10 foot pole.  Some branches have
pretty strict "academic" requirements and some of the academies are really
strict, but that's not what I'm talking about.  It takes a certain
personality to be able to make it through a boot camp and also to thrive in
a military environment.  On the other hand there are some personalities
that wouldn't make it 2 days of boot camp.  The recruiters know this.  They
see them both coming a mile away.  It's part of what they do.
