This is what I mean about indifference.  Jacksonville will never be in danger of losing EITHER of it's naval bases, because it's such an integral part of the economy that the city will fight tooth and nail to keep the military presence.

Where I live, there's practically no humidity, so there's all kinds of Air
Force and Military stuff stored all over the place here.  They have tried to
shut down the case a couple of times, but for some reason they back out each
time...  The B-2 was also tested out here when it was in its developing
stages.
